1. With the purchase of a specially marked 1.75L Oasis® refrigerated juice carton (Oasis® Health Break, Oasis® Nature’s Collection or Oasis® Premium), while supplies last, you will receive one specially marked 5 SpaDollars* Cap (“Cap”);
2. You may redeem SpaDollars* Caps at a participating Spa through end of business day on December 31, 2009, in the following way:
   1. Select from any of the participating spas listed on this website (each a “Spa”) and book an appointment for one or more SpaDollars* -eligible Select Service(s) (“Select Services”) between Sunday and Thursday during the regular business hours of the Spa.
   2. Each Spa’s Select Services are listed on their web page, the link to which can be found on this website. (To find a particular participating spa, use the Spa Locator tool on this website.)
   3. Check this website often to see all of the Select Services available at the Spa of your choice at the time you wish to redeem your Cap(s). Select Services vary from spa to spa and are subject to change without notice.
3. Each Cap has a value equivalent to five Canadian dollars ($5) and may be used at the time of purchase towards a portion of the before tax cost of Select Service(s). You may be able to use more than one Cap per Select Service. The maximum number of Caps permitted for each Select Service is specified on the particular spa’s web page, the link to which can be found on this website.
4. To use your Cap, simply give the Cap to the Spa at the time of purchase of the Select Service(s). Once applied to a Select Service, Caps become the property of A. Lassonde Inc. and are retained by the Spa.
5. You may collect multiple Caps for larger savings on a given Select Service or you can collect more Caps and apply them to multiple Select Service(s).
6. This promotion ends on December 31, 2009, after which time the Caps can no longer be redeemed at the participating Spas. Caps are not redeemable for cash. Offer valid in Canada at participating Spas only. Unauthorized reproduction of Caps is unlawful. Caps are not combinable with other offers.
7. Your visit to a given Spa is subject to that Spa's terms, conditions, policies, and procedures. Neither A. Lassonde Inc., nor its agents nor promotional partners are responsible for any aspect of a Spa's service delivery.
